How do you protect goods during transit in hot weather?
Chocolate Works has developed specific packing methods for different types of products during the last ten years. Most goods are shipped in purpose designed polystyrene boxes and packed to ensure that the goods are well protected in even the most harsh weather and handling. In extreme heat cold packs may also be included in the packaging.
What happens if my goods do not arrive or are damaged?
Should your goods not arrive at the expected time, initially call our customer service number and we will endeavour to track them down for you. Should they not arrive at all or are damaged you will receive a refund for the damaged or lost goods or we will replace them.
